I like the idea that there are traces of both everyday life and care in each work of art, each print has its own story.

The paper used for Queen B is recycled coffee filters, washed, acid-neutralized, dried, pressed and cut by hand. Every used coffee filter is a memory of cozy moments with your morning coffee, a nice start to a new day.

The lino print is a quiet tribute to a strong woman, with the same resilience and patience as the queen bee in her role as guardian and giver of life.
