Right of withdrawal and right of complaint

Contact the relevant shipping company immediately upon receipt of artwork if there is damage during transport to you.

If you believe there is a defect in what you have purchased, you can complain; the right of withdrawal applies in EEA countries.

We ask for your understanding that the product you see in the online store may appear different on screen than in physical form. We try our best to reproduce the correct color in good light.

Please email bjornsdotterbitta@gmail.com if you would like to see the item more thoroughly before purchasing. We can send a film or call via Messenger or Whatsapp.

It is important that you return within the deadline. Please immediately email bjornsdotterbitta@gmail.com and return the item.

Please note that you can open the packaging and examine the item, but if you do too extensive an examination, or the item is damaged, you may not receive a full refund. This will be assessed by the seller. We ask for your understanding.

Write an email to bjornsdotterbitta@gmail.com stating that you want to cancel and attach the form that was sent to you. You have two weeks to cancel, and the countdown begins when you have received the item.

Return on time.

Send or deliver the item to the seller within 14 days of receiving the item.

NOTE! You are responsible for safe return. Pack the item well, and keep the shipping receipt.

You are entitled to a full refund if the item is undamaged, but you are the one who must pay for the return.

Right of exchange

You can exchange what you have purchased, as long as it is unused and undamaged. Keep the receipt and keep the deadline. The exchange deadline is also 14 days, but please send an email to bjornsdotterbitta@gmail.com immediately.

You will receive a voucher that you can use for another purchase. You can use it for one year. If you agree on a commissioned work with an artist as a voucher, the voucher period applies from the day the commissioned work is agreed upon, even if the artwork is delivered after the one-year deadline.
