Small fish

The paper used is recycled coffee filters, washed, acid neutralized, dried, pressed and cut by hand. Each used coffee filter is a memory of cozy moments with your morning coffee, a nice start to a new day. I like the idea that there are traces of both everyday life and care in each work of art, each print has its own story.

This linocut depicts a small blue fish from Norwegian waters – quietly floating in the clear, cold sea. With simple lines and soft contrasts, the print captures the calm beneath the surface, where light and movement meet in a moment of stillness.
